The Quest of the Chaos Apprentice is a platformer made for Godot Wild Jam #71 with the theme:  Unintended Consequences

You were the young, inexperienced apprentice of a powerful wizard when your master was assassinated by the minions of an evil necromancer. From your studies you know that the only way to undue the Necromancer's curse is with the power of his own revival stone. Armed only with your mentor's staff, you set off on a dangerous journey, risking everything to retrieve the arcane relic from the heart of the Necromancer's realm and resurrect your master.

Now if only you had paid more attention during your lessons . . .
